What payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and the other methods you see at checkout. All payments are made through a secure connection.
Is paying at Hayatii safe?
Yes. Our webshop uses a secure SSL connection and your payment details are never stored by us.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hayatii.nl. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to adjust it for you.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
The Netherlands €6.95 and Belgium €12.95. We offer free shipping to both countries for orders over €100.
How quickly will my order be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. After dispatch, you will usually receive your package within 1 to 2 business days.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail, with which you can track your package.
Sizing
How do I know what size to choose?
View the size chart on the product page. If you are in doubt between two sizes, please check the fit description, which states whether the product has a normal fit.
Do the products run large or small?
Our items are normally true to size. If in doubt, we recommend the larger size for specific products.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags in the original packaging, and include your proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
Register your return via your shop account. After approval, you will receive the return instructions.
Which items can I not return?
Jewellery and accessories that come into contact with the body (such as earrings and necklaces), personalised products, sale items and gift vouchers.
When will I get my money back?
After we receive and check your return, we will refund the amount within 10 working days via your original payment method.
